I offer a range of yoga classes, workshops and courses to suit all levels from complete beginners to qualified teachers. I always teach authentically bringing in all aspects, such as breath and meditation and not just focusing on the physical.

Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. It can be used to maintain good health and prevent illness as well as bring balance back into the body when any illnesses or health problems occur. As a qualified Ayurveda Practitioner I offer in depth consultations in Reigate, Surrey using traditional Ayurveda diagnosis techniques. Each client then receives detailed guidance and follow up appointments suitable for them and their current needs.
